About the Merits Vision Ultra Power Tilt P325
The Vision Ultra Power Tilt is a power wheelchair designed for indoor and outdoor use. The chair features a durable and lightweight frame that can support up to 300 lbs, making it ideal for a wide range of users. The Vision Ultra Power Tilt is equipped with two high-power in-line motors that provide excellent traction and stability on a variety of terrains. The chair has a turning radius of only 20", making it easy to navigate tight spaces. The comfortable captain's seat is available in 16" and 18" widths and features a reclining backrest and adjustable headrest for added comfort. The chair also has flip-up armrests and adjustable footrests for added convenience. The Vision Ultra Power Tilt has a maximum speed of 4 mph and a range of up to 18 miles on a single charge. The chair also features a programmable controller that allows the user to adjust the speed, acceleration, and braking. The chair's power tilt feature allows the user to adjust the angle of the seat for added comfort and pressure relief. The chair is available in red and blue colors and has a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.

Warranty
Power Chair Warranty – Lifetime Limited
Merits Health Products, Inc. warrants the main frame against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime expectancy of this power chair (5 years).
For one (1) year from the date of purchase, Merits will replace at their option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative in the material or workmanship: Electronic controllers, harnesses, chargers, motors. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Warranty exclusions: Tires, plastic or rubber parts, upholstery/armpads, painted surfaces, seating, bearings.
Merits Health Products, Inc. will repair or replace parts as required, provided that an authorization for such return has been acquired by an established dealer and that the part or parts in question are returned fully insured with freight prepaid to us within the prescribed period of warranty. Labor charges incurred in the installation or repair of the above mentioned parts plus all freight charges are not included in the warranty.
Merits Health Products, Inc will not warranty any parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner’s neglect, accident or misuse, nor those parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by us.
