Everything you’re wondering

Is it airline approved?
EV Rider lists this scooter as airline approved and cruise approved. Its lithium battery is 25.2V 10.05Ah (253.26 Wh), under the 300 Wh limit airlines commonly apply to mobility-device batteries. Rules differ by airline, so call yours at least 48 hours before you fly.
How does it fold?
The Gypsy Q2 has a manual fold. It collapses to 25" × 16" × 16.5" and, with the lugging handle (three locking positions), rolls like a small suitcase.
Can I remove the battery?
Yes. The pack comes off from the outside without disconnecting cables, and you can charge it on the scooter or separately. A full charge takes 6–8 hours.
What's the weight capacity?
The Gypsy Q2 supports riders up to 250 lb. If you need more, our heavy-duty scooters are rated up to 500 lb.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2–7 business days once your order is processed (processing takes 1–2 days). Optional White Glove Delivery — inside delivery and setup — is available on many models for $250 or $500 depending on the model, and takes 5–8 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx and email your tracking number when the manufacturer ships.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Contact support@scootershq.com to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer.
