Yes. It has full suspension with shock absorbers, 5.1" of ground clearance and 14" and 16" pneumatic tires, and a maximum gradient of 10°.
What does the warranty cover?
Five years on the frame and 18 months on electronics and motors.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2–7 business days once your order is processed (processing takes 1–2 days). Optional White Glove Delivery — inside delivery and setup — is available on many models for $250 or $500 depending on the model, and takes 5–8 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx and email your tracking number when the manufacturer ships.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Contact support@scootershq.com to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer.
