What's the weight capacity?
The Pioneer 4 supports riders up to 400 lb.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes. It has 4" of ground clearance and 9" foam-filled tires, and a maximum gradient of 8°.
How fast and how far?
Choose 4, 5 or 6 mph. Range is up to 18 miles per charge, depending on rider weight, terrain, speed and temperature.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2–7 business days once your order is processed (processing takes 1–2 days). Optional White Glove Delivery — inside delivery and setup — is available on many models for $250 or $500 depending on the model, and takes 5–8 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx and email your tracking number when the manufacturer ships.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Contact support@scootershq.com to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer.
