Is it airline approved?
EV Rider lists the MiniRider Lite as airline and cruise approved. Rules differ by airline, so call yours before you fly.
How does it break down?
It separates into four lightweight pieces without tools, in under 30 seconds. The heaviest piece weighs 35 lb.
What's the weight capacity?
The MiniRider Lite supports riders up to 280 lb.
Can I get more range?
An optional 18AH battery upgrade raises the range from up to 10 miles to up to 18 miles per charge.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2–7 business days once your order is processed (processing takes 1–2 days). Optional White Glove Delivery — inside delivery and setup — is available on many models for $250 or $500 depending on the model, and takes 5–8 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx and email your tracking number when the manufacturer ships.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, in its original packaging, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Contact support@scootershq.com to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer.
