Warranty

Every scooter carries its manufacturer’s warranty, and coverage differs by brand and model. We are an authorized dealer for EV Rider, Merits, Robooter and SuperHandy, so factory warranties apply in full. The warranty for a specific model is also listed on its product page.

Elala

12-month suitcase · 6-month battery

Elala warrants each electric suitcase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use: 12 months on the suitcase, including frame, wheels, motor and electronics, and 6 months on the battery, from the original date of purchase.

EV Rider

3-year frame · 1-year parts & electronics

Three years from the date of purchase on all structural frame components, including the platform, seat post and frame. One year on any part or electronic component found defective in material or workmanship, repaired or replaced at EV Rider's option. Labour is not included.

Green Transporter

1-year parts & labour · in-home service

A 1-year warranty covering parts and labour on everything except wheels and tyres. The structural frame is covered for one year against defects; defective electronic components are repaired or replaced after inspection; one year of in-home labour service is included.

Gyroor

1-year parts · 6-month battery

The C5 comes with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and a 6-month battery warranty. An optional 2-year or 3-year product protection plan adds cover against accidental damage.

Manufacturer limited warranty

Covered by the Merits Health limited warranty. Coverage periods vary by model; ask our team for the warranty terms of the model you are considering.

Robooter

5-year frame · 1-year electrical & mechanical

60 months on the frame and main structural components (main frame, chassis, swing arm, backrest and folding assemblies, suspension). 12 months on primary electrical and mechanical components such as motors, controllers and chargers. Wear items are covered for 6 months. Applies in the 48 continental U.S. states.

SuperHandy

1-year limited warranty

SuperHandy warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
